FAQ
- Who pays?
- The organization (school, institute, or partner). Students join with a cohort signup code and are never billed.
- What is an active student?
- A distinct person enrolled in a cohort whose access window is still open. Alumni from past intakes do not count toward the cap.
- How do we get an organization?
- Organizations are provisioned by SAIB. Contact us to get started. Once you have an org, org admins subscribe from Admin → Billing.
- What happens if we hit a limit?
- Existing students, cohorts, and content stay. New enrolments or cohorts are paused until you upgrade or a past intake leaves the active window.
